How do I recover my listing if it has been removed, or if it's beyond the 12 hour payment deadline?

The reason you don't see a red sale tag is because your listing has not been optimised for higher exposure. Optimised listngs also appear at the top right hand corner of every dress search. They are rotated randomly to give maximum exposure.
