Although it''s a size 10, I''m a 6-8 and it fit perfectly due to lacing so would be fine for around a 6 -10 (maybe even12). As for length I''m 158cm. Cups were sewn into the bust (I''m 10C) but they cld probably be removed. The dress was worn once in 2007 & has been professionally cleaned & boxed in 2010 & looks new. My measures: B83 W61 H8
