I haven't yet paid for my listing, and now my username and password is not being recognized?
Our server automatically removes all unpaid accounts after 12 hours. This is done to prevent spam on our network.

How do I recover my listing if it has been removed, or if it's beyond the 12 hour payment deadline?
You will need to setup your listing again, including uploading / submitting all images. Make sure you make a payment as soon as you can, this will notify our server that your listing is legitimate.

Should I blank my face out when submitting images?
Absolutely not. Most of our buyers want to see how you looked on your wedding day wearing the wedding dress you are selling. To maximise the chance of you selling your wedding dress, do not block or blur your face in anyway.
